Q. Is your supplier Tulsa based?
A. Lighting, Inc. was founded in Tulsa with additional resources in Oklahoma City

Q. Does your supplier offer free delivery?
A. Lighting, Inc. has always offered free metro and surrounding area delivery.

Q. Is your supplier factory authorized?
A. Lighting, Inc. is an authorized and stocking distributor for Osram Sylvania, GE, Advance, Universal, Panasonic, RAB, Day-Brite, and Exitronix among others.

Q. Does your supplier have the products you need? 
A. Lighting, Inc. stocks more than 7,500 different light bulbs, ballasts, components in our showroom / warehouse.

Q. Does your supplier offer same day delivery?
A. Orders called or faxed in before 2 PM typically go out the same day.  If it is after 2 PM and you have to have it today, just ask and we’ll make it happen.

Q. Does your supplier ship / deliver anywhere in Oklahoma or surrounding states?
A. Lighting, Inc. has several statewide accounts and has daily pick-up service with UPS in addition to Velocity and Beaver Express who are just a phone call away.

Q. Does your supplier charge a re-stocking fee?
A. Lighting, Inc. only charges a re-stocking fee if our supplier imposes one. 

Q. Will your supplier locate a unique item for you at no additional charge?
A. Lighting, Inc. welcomes your challenge, with over 5,000 items in stock we may already have what you need. If not, we will gladly order it for you.

Q. Does your supplier have showroom where you can see the products in action?
A. Located at 7450 East 46th Street, between Sheridan and Memorial, Lighting Inc.’s showroom is an inviting place to see the latest products available.

Q. Does your supplier have factory trained outbound sales people to assist you?
A. Lighting, Inc invests in its people. Our sales staff is among the best in the industry.
